# Padel Accountants > UK accountancy practice working only with padel venue operators. One fixed monthly fee > covering bookkeeping, VAT, period-end close, annual accounts, corporation tax, > management accounts and padel-specific reporting. Trading name of Rebel Two Limited, > registered in England & Wales no. 17420366. Regulated by the ACCA. Site: https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk ## Who this is for UK padel venue operators: single-site indoor and outdoor clubs, operators running two sites, and groups holding more than one legal entity. Clients are typically pre-opening through to established multi-site groups, including investor-backed operators. We do not work outside padel. ## What is included in the monthly fee - Unlimited bookkeeping, with court hire, coaching, membership and F&B split out - VAT returns and VAT treatment on memberships, coaching, block bookings and F&B - Period-end close: quarterly on Launch, monthly on Grow and Group - Management accounts and a KPI pack, with written commentary on Grow and Group - Annual accounts and corporation tax - Payroll up to 10 employees on Grow; coaches and self-employed status considered - Annual padel venue benchmark against a peer set - Payment runs, inbox management and consolidated group reporting on Group Outside the monthly fee, priced separately on request: fractional CFO, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and other project work. ## Pricing Priced by stage of the business, not by court count. Adding courts at an existing venue does not change the fee. | Plan | Fee (monthly, fixed) | For | |---|---|---| | Launch | £750 | Pre-opening and first years, still building utilisation. Quarterly close. | | Grow | £1,500 | Established venues, one site or two, especially investor-backed. Monthly close and written commentary. | | Group | £2,050 | Groups with more than one legal entity. Consolidated reporting and cross-site benchmarking. | - Onboarding is a one-off charge equal to one month's fee. - Paying twelve months up front saves 10%. - Typically under 1% of monthly court revenue for an established single-site venue. - A nine-question stage finder on the pricing page recommends a plan. ## Reporting Management accounts land six working days after month end on Grow and above. The five numbers reported every period, describing the unit economics of a court hour: 1. Revenue per court / month 2. Utilisation % 3. Revenue mix 4. EBITDA margin 5. Cost-to-serve % ## Data and software Booking, payment and accounting data is brought in by direct feed where the platform allows it, and by a built routine where it does not. Either way it runs the same way every month and not by someone on the venue's team exporting a spreadsheet. Platforms worked with include Playtomic, Matchi, Xero, Numbrs, Telleroo and Stripe. ## Getting started A short call, then read-only access to the data so the shape of the business is visible, then a proposal. Four weeks from signature to the first reporting pack. Venues can start mid-year and mid-month. ## Pages - [Home](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/): what the practice does, who it is for, the three plans and the first 30 days - [Services](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/services.html): operational finance, annual compliance, reporting and benchmarking, in detail - [Pricing](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/pricing.html): the three plans, a full comparison matrix, bolt-ons and a nine-question stage finder - [FAQ](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/faq.html): 26 questions on scope, VAT, coaches, leases, software and switching accountant - [About](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/about.html): why the practice exists, how it works and who runs it - [Contact](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/contact.html): enquiry form and email address ## Coming soon - [Benchmark](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/benchmark.html): annual padel venue benchmark, included on every plan ## Legal - [Privacy notice](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/privacy.html): what data is collected and how it is handled - [Terms](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/terms.html): terms of use for the website - [Cookies](https://www.padelaccountants.co.uk/cookies.html): cookies set by the site and how to refuse them ## Notes - Contact: hello@padelaccountants.co.uk - Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA - Founded by Alastair Barlow - Regulated by the ACCA - Area served: United Kingdom
