The fees shown on this site are indicative and confirmed on a call. Our work for you is governed by a letter of engagement and our standard terms of business, which set out the scope of the work, the fee, the responsibilities on each side and the limits on our liability. Nothing on this site forms part of those terms or amounts to an offer to provide services.
Subscriptions run monthly, with one month's notice in writing on either side. There is no onboarding fee and no exit fee, and your records leave with you.
We are regulated by the ACCA, membership number [000000]. If something has gone wrong, tell us first, either through the contact form or by email. We will acknowledge your complaint in writing within five working days and give you a full response within 20 working days.
If we cannot resolve it between us, or it remains unresolved after eight weeks, you can take the complaint to our professional body, the ACCA.
